You will be required to provide a full range of learner services administration, as outlined on the job description. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative but also work well within a team.  To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant experience working within a further education setting.  The successful candidate will also have:  • Good written and oral communication skills  • A high proficiency in the standard Microsoft packages • Excellent administrative skills including experience in spreadsheets, generating ad analysis of reports and other documentation as required. • Experience using relevant student databases/systems About you: You will have a keen eye for attention to detail and be confident and comfortable communicating with students of all ages, parents and external contacts. You will have a passion for supporting our students to ensure that they have access to all the information that they need to be able to be successful on their programme.    You will have a strong level of IT skills and be confident at gathering and analysing data and combining data into reports. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines, both individually using your own initiative but also as a team player.
