Capital City College Training (CCCT) is part of Capital City College Group, the largest

We’re recruiting for an administrator to facilitate the paperwork / information that supports our staff and students to get the most out of their time with us. From organising files to input to validation checking; you will be at the heart of your team.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain computer and manual record systems in accordance with GLA/Funding guidelines and procedures including the creation and use of Excel spreadsheets.
- Answer the telephone taking details from potential partners and self-referrals into the programme on behalf of your team
- Keep your office running smoothly - Order stationery and other supplies, organise training activities, booking rooms/venues, photocopying, scanning & shredding.
- Under the direction of the Head of Data and Compliance support team colleagues in routine tracking and follow up of participants.
- Actively promote equality and diversity, recognise and actively challenge stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination ensuring that these principles permeate all working practice
You will be/need:
- Five GCSEs A-C (or equivalent level 2 qualification), including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Good communications skills, ability to use spreadsheets and office software.
- An understanding of GDPR.
- Be willing to comply with our DBS checking process.
