About the role:
The Capital City College Group is the largest college group in London and we are committed to transforming lives through exceptional education and training. The Management Information Systems Division plays a crucial role in the development of systems to support staff and students across the Group, as well as providing reporting services
to facilitate effective decision-making and enable colleagues to evaluate and manage performance. We are going through an exciting period of development and are looking to build the management team that will take the Division forward.
About you:
In this critical role you will be providing a high quality, responsive management information, business intelligence and data services, being responsible for the maintenance and development of reports, dashboards and applications supporting business operations to achieve our goals and raise standards across the Group.
We are looking for someone with three or more years' experience, supporting OLAP and OLTP databases, digital reporting platforms and development projects. The ability to successfully manage requirements and participate in large programmes of ongoing improvement is essential. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a capability and track record of development experience, proactive systems support, change management and customer support.
We aim to be forward-thinking and to provide a responsive service to our users. Therefore, for all our posts enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are just as important as technical ability and practical experience.
