About the role:
You will be responsible for enabling and supported young people with Education and health Care Plans to achieve sustainable paid employment by equipping them with the skills they need through learning and mentoring. You will be responsible for supporting interns in the workplace and provide the necessary coaching, training and encouragement to enable them to succeed.
About you:
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in working with individuals with Special Educational Needs, you will have a track record of supporting vulnerable young people in an educational, or employment setting. You will have keen interest in making a difference and engaging with young people and you are patient, and empathetic. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a positive approach to problem solving and innovation.

Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster.
